In return to lowering the threat of a 46 per cent tariff to 20 per cent, Vietnam was bullied into allowing the Trump Organization to build a $1.5 billion golf complex on farmland that has sustained Vietnamese families for centuries. The project will take up nearly 10 square kilometers along the Red River.
